Their beans are usually packed, and out for delivery within 24 hours of roasting, so they land in your hands still fresh and full of flavour

With three signature blends and four additional carefully selected single origins, FRED know what they’re doing when it comes to coffee. Their beans are available to order online, over the phone/email or even on subscription! Based in Auckland, their roastery also offers servicing for both your coffee machine and grinder to keep your coffee game strong

This month FRED has provided us with their XO Espresso Blend. Roasted Medium-Dark it features beans from 4 origins carefully picked by their experienced roaster, with each bean complimenting the other.

Cupping notes (for plunger & filter): Dark Cocoa and Spice with deep malt like tones. Complex with big mouthfeel clean acidity

Espresso tasting notes: Thick red brown crema, dark toasted brioche and spice. Classic North Italian Style
