Roaster Collaboration #46 - Society Coffee Roasters

We're really excited to be partnering with our friends from Society Coffee once again. We last partnered with them in December 2018 and we're back this month with another tasty coffee!

Society Coffee is an Auckland based micro-specialty coffee roaster formed by a group of people who were brought together through their passion for coffee. From growing to harvesting, roast to brew, design and serve. They stand for people who enjoy coffee and want to reconnect the fundamental rituals of coffee lost in the hustle and bustle of modern life. They think of coffee as an art form, deserving appreciation.

Lead guy over there, David, is a long standing coffee enthusiast and professional since 2000. He has been involved in coffee and is immersed in the scene through volunteering, competing & judging. He is frequently sighted at coffee events and NZ/World barista championship as a judge.

This month we're dispatching a single origin! A naturally processed red diamond from Brazil. It's medium to full body with a lovely creamy finish. The flavour profile works really well as filter or espresso - pick up the notes of dried apricot, cranberry, roasted malt and cocoa nibs. We hope you love this months brew, we do!
