This month we're celebrating a return collab with small-batch specialty coffee roaster, and one of our all time favourites - Rabbit Island Coffee Co.
We thought with the Easter Bunny's visit right around the corner it was the perfect time to reconnect with Rabbit Island and share their glorious coffee, with the many new customers we now have since the last time we teamed up in January 2019! We all love our Easter choccy but let's be honest, sipping on some Rabbit Island coffee will make for quite the sophisticated Easter break with the family - that's if you're even willing to share the goodness with others!
We all love supporting local in Kiwi-land and that's what we're doing by supporting this family run business. It all started back in Cairns in 2010 by Stephen and Ali, when they fell in love with the micro-roastery concept. In 2013 the duo returned to Nelson, New Zealand, initially keeping the business going from a shipping container-come-coffee shop. The roastery now sits pretty on the Mapua Wharf near Nelson and if you ever get the chance, we highly recommend you pop by for a visit if you're in the area!
