With a Kiwi can-do attitude and a global appreciation for great coffee, they embarked on the journey to create Aotea Roast. The Coffee Bar and Roastery is located in Medlands, alongside Aotea Brewery and a native plant nursery where they practice sustainable methods every step of the way. What began as a small, local venture has since grown into an online store helping bring their small-batch artisan coffee to the mainland crew.
