Founded in 2013 by Steve Barrett after returning from his OE in the UK, Red Rabbit began with a simple goal: to share better coffee and make it more approachable. That mission still holds true today. What started in Wellington quickly grew, leading to a move to Auckland in 2016 to expand production while maintaining a strong focus on quality and café partnerships.
