Since 2015, the roastery has been dedicated to delivering a coffee experience that goes beyond the ordinary. What began with our first roasts on a small 1kg coffee roaster quickly grew, and the roastery later expanded to a 10kg roaster to continue producing high-quality, small-batch coffee. Originally operating as Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters, the business built a strong reputation for carefully sourced, thoughtfully roasted coffee. In 2021, my partner and I proudly took over the roastery, where I had already spent years working and learning the craft. When we stepped into ownership, we honoured what had been built while rebranding to Martinborough Coffee Company, allowing the business to grow into what it is today.
