Vanguard  are dedicated to bringing your coffee experience to the next level and do the hard work at origin to make this possible. With multiple factors such as climate change and unstable market conditions threatening the work of coffee farmers, Vanguard is taking a different approach by engaging directly with a trading partner in Columbia, who in turn empowers and educates small scale farmers to produce only quality coffee. Vanguard Coffee are setting the bar high in the coffee world and leading by example in trading coffee fairly, transparently, and with an emphasis on quality and future sustainability!

They roast in a modified state of the art German Probat roaster, with digital temperature logging and roast profiling for consistency. This allows them to fine tune each and every aspect of their coffees flavour and repeat the same profile every time. They roast their coffee in small batches, which takes around 10 minutes per batch, depending on the origin.

This months On the Grind roast is ethically traded and carries FairTrade, UTZ and Rainforest alliance certifications and is organic!
