Roaster Collaboration #15 - Society Coffee

We're really excited to be partnering with Society Coffee to deliver the Christmas goods this year!

Society Coffee is an Auckland based micro-specialty coffee roaster formed by a group of people who were brought together through their passion for coffee. From growing to harvesting, roast to brew, design and serve.  They stand for people who enjoy coffee and want to reconnect the fundamental rituals of coffee lost in the hustle and bustle of modern life. They think of coffee as an art form, deserving appreciation.

Lead guy over there, David, is a long standing coffee enthusiast and professional since 2000. He has been involved in coffee and is immersed in the scenery through volunteering, competing & judging. He is frequently sighted at coffee events and NZ/World barista championship as a judge.

This month we're dispatching their seasonal espresso blend. A blend of naturally processed serra doce from Brazil and sidama kebado from Ethiopia. The flavour profile works really well as filter or espresso - pick up the notes of malt chocolate, roasted peanuts, and dark berries. A pour over will really help you pick up the buttery medium body.

We're hoping you love this months brew, we do!
