January's brew is coming to you from one of the greats - Jack’s Coffee, based in Auckland and owned by coffee expert and Pioneer David Burton. Jack’s Coffee is in fact named after David’s Father, who’s passion and endless knowledge of coffee, tasting and buying rubbed off on David, who has since played a huge role in the NZ coffee scene. Buying and supplying for 16 years and now roasting some of the freshest coffee you can get your hands on! This month you will be sampling the Jack’s original blend using beans sourced from the best growing regions in the world. This is one to savour guys, with the on-going layers of flavor and subtle chocolate notes. Enjoy!
