This festive season you are trying Be.Specialty's Golden Point Blend, which is a progressive espresso roast, meaning it is still suitable for any soft brew methods you may prefer due to it being higher in acidity. 

Be.Specialty are an Auckland based coffee roaster, who started out in the corner of their central coffee shop in 2006 and really only roasted coffee for themselves on a three kilo capacity Diedrich IR-3. Since then they have gained a natural following by sticking to their core values of producing good coffee, establishing rich, lasting relationships, and growing their business slowly and consciously. Today they focus on their dedicated roasting and training facility, working with local cafes and business owners who serve their delicious coffee.
